The Home Chef team is trained to be fully aware of each client's individual needs, privacy and dignity.

All drivers have identification badges and have a Police clearance. It also provides a "Safety Check" system, which Home Chef believes is important when caring for the aged and disabled.

Drivers can also place the dinners in the freezers if required and collect orders for the following week by means of an order pad provided.

CERTIFICATES
Home Chef has implemented documented Food Safety Programs into its premises, which incorporates staff training requirements, documented procedures, a HACCP Plan and monitoring records.

The HACCP Plan is used to manage food safety from ingredient receipt and storage, during food preparation, to delivery to the customer.
