Home Chef complies with the 3.2.1 Food Standards Code of Australia and is food preparation and delivery business dedicated to providing great tasting, nutritionally sound meals to our customers. We prepare, package and ship ready to eat meals direct to our customer’s doorstep throughout the Perth Metropolitan area and deliver bulk to regional Western Australia. All Home Chef meals are prepared in our purpose built facility and designed by chefs and dietician’s to be great tasting and nutritionally-balanced. You can create your own menu by choosing from our many delicious meals and have them delivered to your door!

CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEDGE

Home Chef is committed to providing great tasting, freshly made, snap frozen meals to all our customers. We offer guidance through the program, promptly answer all your questions and even offer recommendations. Our priority is to make your experience with us both convenient & enjoyable. As a result, our friendly customer service representatives are eager to assist you Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 2:00pm on Friday at (08) 9378 2544. Our goal is to build a long-term, productive relationship with you as we assist you towards your nutritional needs.

DELIVERY POLICY

Home Chef delivers free of charge to the Perth metropolitan area, and are now delivering to the Rockingham & Mandurah areas fortnightly. Alternatively, you can pick up at our Office. Home Chef delivery drivers all have identification badges and current police clearances and drive in our clearly marked Home Chef delivery vans. A safety check system which we believe is of high importance these days, especially when caring for the aged and disabled.

A service fee of $6.00 is charged for first delivery only.

Eskies will be charged at $6.00 each if eskies are not returned.

REFUND POLICY

Home Chef meals are shipped on a weekly or every other week basis. Home Chef will NOT issue any refunds for any meals and/or shipments that have already been delivered. Home Chef will only issue a refund for any meal, which the customer has successfully cancelled according to our Cancellation Policy. Home Chef will issue refunds within 5 business days of a confirmed cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Each week, Home Chef will deliver your meals to the address you have requested. We must be notified by phone of cancellation requests not less than 12 hours PRIOR to 12 midnight of the delivery date. All cancellations are subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. If dissatisfied, please understand that you MUST cancel your service no later than 12 hours prior to that delivery.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Home Chef will do its best to get you every item you requested for your order. Sometimes fresh ingredients may not be available or other circumstances, which require Home Chef to substitute items in your order. Please provide an alternative meal option when placing your order.

ELIGIBILITY

Individuals with allergies or other special medical conditions are urged to take extra precautions. If you have adverse reactions to specific foods, it is your responsibility to be sure that you do not eat these foods. Home Chef cannot be held liable for any damages related to allergies or other medical conditions.
