Delivery
Home Chef provides delivery services across the Perth Metropolitan Area, from Two Rocks to Mandurah and throughout the Hills area.
Our regional routes extend to major country towns such as Moora, Northam, York, Geraldton, and much of the South West and Great Southern areas including Harvey, Bunbury, Busselton, Pemberton, Augusta, Walpole, Albany, Denmark and Mount Barker.
We employ our own drivers, each assigned to the same area each week to ensure consistency and peace of mind for our customers. All drivers are trained to be supportive, compassionate, and attentive to the individual needs of every customer.
Delivery Postcode Search
All Home Chef delivery drivers possess a current national police clearance, ensuring the safety and privacy of our customers are fully protected.
It’s best if you are home when your delivery arrives; however, we understand that you may occasionally be out. If you are not home, our Customer Care Team will try to contact you. Prepaid meals will be left in an esky with ice, and an esky fee will apply: $10.56 for a medium and $13.64 for a large.
Alternatively, customers may provide their own esky for deliveries, and our drivers will place the meals inside with ice.
Please make sure to provide any special delivery instructions when placing your order.
Home Chef does not take responsibility for any damage or theft to meals if you are not home and have requested meals to be left. PLEASE NOTE: Meals need to be placed in the freezer the same day as delivery.
Home Chef has an internal No Response Policy when a driver arrives at customers premises with no one home. Our current protocol is for the driver to call the number provided on the invoice (this will be the customers direct number), and if still no response, the driver is to call the office for further instructions (e.g. contact next of kin, care provider if appropriate and/or to get approval to leave the meals in an esky for the customer).
Home Chef is also an approved meal provider to various regional hospitals and can deliver bulk orders to regional areas.
