Feedback, Compliments and Complaints

Home Chef accepts compliments, complaints and feedback in the following ways:
1. By phoning the office on (08) 9378 2544.
2. By email to orders@homechef.com.au with the word ‘Compliment’, ‘Complaint’ or ‘Feedback’ in the subject line.
3. In writing to Unit 1, 2 Yelland Way, Bassendean WA 6054.
4. By completing the ‘Enquire Now’ form on the website via the ‘Contact Us’ tab.
5. Advising the delivery driver, who will pass on the details to the Customer Care Manager to follow up directly with the customer.
6. By visiting the Home Chef office in person. Office hours are 8.30am-4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-3.00pm Friday.
