We deeply regret than under the circumstances with the Coronavirus concerns impacting the community, and higher than usual supply costs, including costs to meet additional hygiene and safety measures, we have had to increase our meal costs which may affect some customers until further notice. We want customers to know this is not a decision that we have taken lightly.
Due to the increased need to be vigilant about the potential spread of the virus we can no longer have Home Chef eskies returned. We will now require customers to supply their own esky for when meals are delivered. If required customers can purchase an esky from Home Chef. It is also important that where possible, please organise payment of your meals by cashless transactions such as direct debit or credit card. This is for the safely and wellbeing of our valued customers and our dedicated staff.
Please also note that due to unprecedented demand, Home Chef is not able to take on new customers at this time. If you live within a Retirement Village please ask the village staff to send a referral form. We will keep you up to date as any changes occur. Current customers that are new to internet ordering, will soon be able to order via the internet, as we are currently working on this function. We appreciate your understanding.
